N-XYLOSIDASE aids in the degradation of hemicellulose, a major component of the cell wall. It is a primary NSP. N-XYLOSIDASE degrades the complex cell-wall NSP structures, thus improving the release of entrapped energy and nutrients and reducing intestinal viscosity.
